Planetary Aerocapture and Aerogravity Assist

This is a collaborative project with Dan Lyons and Aron Wolf at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The goal is to develop guidance for the aerocapture and aerogravity assist atmospheric skip maneuvers. The guidance issues control commands that should steer the vehicle to the desired post-skip orbit, for the expected range of potential entry conditions, navigation errors, atmospheric properties, and vehicle aerodynamics.
